Klluster Is A Social Media And Communication Platform That Allows Users To Create Profiles, Connect With Other Users, Share Posts And Media, Participate In Groups, Chat, Make Audio/Video Calls, Create Polls, Comment On Content, View Weather/Location-Based Information, And Use Related Community Features.

Klluster Includes User-Generated Content And Communication Tools. You Are Responsible For Your Activity And Content On The Platform.

2. Eligibility

To Use Klluster, You Must:

  • Be Legally Permitted To Use The App Under Applicable Law
  • Meet The Minimum Age Requirement Applicable In Your Country Or Region
  • Provide Accurate Registration Information
  • Use The App Only For Lawful Purposes
  • Agree To Follow These Terms And Our Community And Safety Rules

If You Are Under The Age Of Legal Majority In Your Jurisdiction, You May Use Klluster Only If Permitted By Applicable Law And With Appropriate Consent From A Parent Or Legal Guardian Where Required.

3. Account Registration And Security

You May Need To Create An Account To Use Klluster. When Creating Or Using An Account, You Agree To:

  • Not Share Your Account With Others
  • Not Create An Account Using False, Misleading, Or Unauthorized Information

  • Verification Information Or Documents You Choose To Submit
  • Profile Education, Work, Affiliation, Hometown, Current City, And Location Details
  • Reports And Feedback
  • Other Content Or Information You Submit Through The App

You Retain Ownership Of Content You Create, Subject To The License You Grant Us Below.

6. License You Grant To Klluster

When You Upload, Post, Send, Or Otherwise Make Content Available Through Klluster, You Grant Klluster A Worldwide, Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free, Transferable, Sublicensable License To Host, Store, Reproduce, Display, Publish, Transmit, Process, Modify For Technical Formatting, Distribute, And Make Available Your Content As Needed To Operate, Provide, Improve, Promote, And Protect The Service.

This License Is Limited To Operating And Improving Klluster And Making Your Content Available According To Your Settings And The Features You Use.

You Represent And Warrant That:

  • You Own Your Content Or Have The Necessary Rights To Share It
  • Your Content Does Not Violate The Rights Of Others
  • Your Content Does Not Violate Law Or These Terms
  • Your Content Does Not Contain Malware, Harmful Code, Or Deceptive Material

7. Content Visibility

Content Visibility Depends On The Feature Used And Your Privacy Settings.

Some Content May Be Public Or Visible To Other Users, Including Profile Information, Public Posts, Comments, Polls, Group Content, And Interactions.

Messages And Group Chats Are Visible To Intended Participants, But Users Should Not Share Sensitive Or Confidential Information Unless They Are Comfortable With The Risk That Recipients May Save, Copy, Forward, Screenshot, Or Disclose It.

Some Profile Information, Verification Badges, Affiliation Badges, Klluster Coin Rankings, Leaderboard Entries, Reactions, Likes, Comments, Follower/Circle Relationships, And Other Activity May Be Visible To Other Users Depending On The Feature And Your Settings.

8. Prohibited Content And Conduct

You Agree Not To Post, Share, Transmit, Encourage, Or Engage In Content Or Conduct That Includes:

  • Harassment, Bullying, Stalking, Intimidation, Or Threats
  • Hate Speech Or Discrimination Based On Protected Characteristics
  • Sexual Exploitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material, Or Content Involving Minors In A Harmful Or Illegal Manner
  • Nudity, Sexually Explicit Content, Or Sexual Solicitation Where Prohibited
  • Violence, Graphic Harm, Self-Harm Encouragement, Or Dangerous Behavior
  • Terrorism, Violent Extremism, Or Organized Criminal Activity
  • Fraud, Scams, Phishing, Impersonation, Or Deceptive Activity
  • Spam, Automated Abuse, Or Artificial Engagement Manipulation
  • Illegal Goods, Regulated Goods, Or Unlawful Services
  • Copyright, Trademark, Privacy, Publicity, Or Other Rights Violations
  • Non-Consensual Sharing Of Private Images, Personal Data, Or Intimate Content
  • Malware, Viruses, Harmful Code, Or Attempts To Disrupt The Service
  • Attempts To Bypass Security, Access Controls, Or Account Restrictions
  • Collection Or Scraping Of User Data Without Permission
  • Misuse Of Reporting, Blocking, Messaging, Calling, Or Notification Features
  • Any Activity That Violates Applicable Law Or Harms Users, Klluster, Or The Public
  • Sending Harmful, Abusive, Explicit, Or Unlawful Content
  • Sharing Another Person’s Private Information, Identity Documents, Contact Details, Location, Or Media Without Authorization
  • Using Klluster Coin, Referrals, Ads, Reports, Calls, Messages, Groups, Or Engagement Features To Manipulate Rankings, Deceive Users, Or Create Artificial Activity

We May Remove Content, Restrict Features, Suspend Accounts, Or Terminate Accounts If We Believe These Rules Have Been Violated.

9. User-Generated Content Moderation

Klluster Provides Reporting And Blocking Tools To Help Keep The Community Safe.

Users May Report Content, Comments, Posts, Polls, Or Accounts That They Believe Violate These Terms Or Community Safety Expectations. We May Review Reports And Take Action, Including:

  • Removing Content
  • Limiting Content Visibility
  • Warning Users
  • Restricting Features
  • Suspending Or Terminating Accounts
  • Preserving Information For Safety, Legal, Or Enforcement Purposes

We Do Not Guarantee That All Content Will Be Reviewed Immediately Or That Every Reported Item Will Be Removed.

10. Blocking And Safety Controls

You May Be Able To Block Or Unblock Users. Blocking May Limit Interactions Such As Viewing Profiles, Messaging, Calling, Notifications, Or Other Social Features.

Klluster May Also Apply Safety Restrictions When Necessary To Protect Users, Prevent Abuse, Or Maintain Service Integrity.

11. Messaging And Calls

Klluster May Provide Personal Chats, Group Chats, Voice Notes, Audio Calls, Video Calls, Call Notifications, And Call History Features.

You Agree Not To Misuse Communication Features For:

  • Harassment Or Threats
  • Spam Or Unsolicited Messages
  • Fraud Or Phishing
  • Illegal Activity
  • Recording, Sharing, Or Distributing Calls Without Required Consent
  • Sending Harmful, Abusive, Explicit, Or Unlawful Content

Call Quality, Availability, And Delivery Of Notifications May Depend On Device Settings, Network Conditions, Permissions, Battery Optimization Settings, And Third-Party Services.

Klluster May Use Encryption For Supported Chats, Groups, And Shared Media. Encryption Improves Privacy, But It Does Not Prevent Recipients From Copying, Saving, Forwarding, Recording, Screenshotting, Or Disclosing Content. Some Metadata, Including Sender, Recipient, Group, Timestamps, Delivery State, Notification Information, Call Metadata, Reports, And Abuse-Prevention Data, May Still Be Processed So The Service Can Function. If Encryption Keys, Passcodes, Secure Storage, Or Local Device Data Are Lost Or Reset, Some Encrypted Content May Become Unavailable.

12. Location, Weather, And Place Features

Klluster May Offer Location-Based Features, Such As Detecting Your Location, Showing Weather Or Air Quality, Selecting Places, Or Adding Location Information To Content.

You Are Responsible For Deciding Whether To Grant Location Permissions And Whether To Share Location-Related Information. Location, Weather, Air Quality, And Place Information May Be Provided By Third-Party Services And May Not Always Be Accurate Or Available.

Do Not Rely On Klluster For Emergency, Safety-Critical, Medical, Travel, Or Life-Critical Decisions.

13. App Permissions

Some Features Require Device Permissions Such As Camera, Microphone, Location, Notifications, Photos/Media, Files, Bluetooth/Audio, Biometric/Fingerprint, Foreground Service, Full-Screen Intent, And Battery Optimization Settings.

You Can Control Permissions Through Your Device Settings. If Permissions Are Denied Or Disabled, Some Features May Not Work Properly.

You Are Responsible For Granting Only The Permissions You Are Comfortable With. Disabling Permissions May Affect Media Uploads, Voice Notes, Video Calls, Location Features, Notifications, Incoming-Call Reliability, Biometric Security, File Sharing, Or Other App Features.

14. Klluster Coin, Rewards, Or In-App Credits

Klluster May Include Features Such As Klluster Coin, Rewards, Points, Credits, Or Activity-Based Balances.

Unless Expressly Stated Otherwise:

  • These Features Have No Real-World Cash Value
  • They Are Not Legal Currency
  • They Are Not Transferable Outside Klluster
  • They May Be Modified, Limited, Suspended, Or Removed
  • Balances May Be Adjusted To Correct Errors, Fraud, Abuse, Or Policy Violations
  • Leaderboards, Rankings, Badges, Rewards, Referral Rewards, And Transaction Histories May Be Recalculated, Corrected, Reset, Hidden, Or Removed
  • You May Not Sell, Trade, Transfer, Manipulate, Exploit, Or Abuse Klluster Coin, Referrals, Rewards, Or Rankings

If Klluster Later Offers Paid Products, Subscriptions, Purchases, Or Monetized Features, Additional Terms May Apply.

15. Advertisements And Promotions

Klluster May Show Sponsored Content, Advertisements, Promotions, Or Branded Features. If You Interact With Third-Party Advertisements Or Links, Your Interaction May Be Governed By The Third Party’s Own Terms And Privacy Policy.

We Are Not Responsible For Third-Party Websites, Products, Services, Or Content.

Ads, Premium Ads, Breaking News, Trending Items, And Sponsored Placements May Be Selected Or Measured Using App Activity And Profile Attributes Such As Country, State, District, Area, Age/Date Of Birth, Gender, Education, Impressions, And Clicks. You Must Not Use Automated Methods, Coordinated Activity, Or Deceptive Behavior To Manipulate Ad Clicks, Impressions, Trending Content, News Engagement, Rewards, Or Rankings.

21. Account Deactivation And Deletion
