How To Delete Your Account In The App
You Can Request Account Deletion Directly Inside The Klluster App.
- Open The Klluster App And Sign In To Your Account
- Go To Settings
- Open Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Enter Your Password When Asked
- Tap Continue And Confirm Delete Account
After Confirmation, Your Account Is Scheduled For Deletion And You Are Signed Out.
Grace Period And Restoration
Klluster Uses A 30-Day Grace Period For Account Deletion.
During This Period, Your Account Is Marked As Pending Deletion. If You Log Back In Within 30 Days, Your Account May Be Restored And The Deletion Request May Be Cancelled.
If You Do Not Log Back In During The 30-Day Grace Period, Your Account Is Scheduled For Permanent Deletion Or Anonymization After The Grace Period Ends.
Data Deleted Or Anonymized
After The Grace Period, Klluster May Delete Or Anonymize Account Information And App Data Associated With Your Account, Including:
- Account Profile Information
- Authentication-Related Account Records
- Posts, Comments, Likes, Reactions, Polls, And Other Social Activity
- Chat, Group, Call, Notification, Reward, Referral, And App Usage Records Associated With Your Account Where Deletion Is Technically Supported
- Uploaded Media And Files Associated With Your Account Where Deletion Is Technically Supported
Data That May Be Retained
Some Information May Be Retained Where Required Or Permitted For Legal, Security, Moderation, Fraud Prevention, Abuse Prevention, Dispute Resolution, Technical, Backup, Or Compliance Purposes.
Examples May Include Security Logs, Moderation Records, Reports, Legal Records, Backup Copies, Records Needed To Prevent Abuse, And Information Already Shared With Or Saved By Other Users.
Backup Copies May Take Additional Time To Expire From Backup Systems According To Normal Backup Rotation And Technical Processes.

If You Cannot Access Your Account Or The In-App Deletion Tool, Contact Klluster At admin@klluster.com From The Email Address Linked To Your Klluster Account.
Please Include Your Registered Email Address And Mention That You Are Requesting Account Deletion. We May Ask For Additional Information To Verify Account Ownership Before Processing The Request.
