If you request account verification, we may collect legal details and your uploaded government ID image/document for identity verification, safety, and fraud prevention.

• Push notification token (FCM token)
• Session and security data (login activity timestamps, active sessions, basic device/session identifiers)
• Usage and interaction data related to app functionality (likes, comments, saved posts, message status, read receipts, notifications)

Depending on your actions and device settings, the app may request access to camera, photos/media storage, and notifications. These permissions are optional for the related features and can be controlled in your device settings.

• Posts/comments/chats/media: retained until deleted by you or removed under product rules/policies
• Moments/stories: designed to expire (for example, after 24 hours), subject to backup/log timelines
• Verification records: retained as needed for verification, legal compliance, and abuse prevention
• Security/session logs: retained for security and operational purposes for a limited period

6. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

6.1 In-app deletion

If your account was created in the app, you can request deletion inside the app from account settings.

6.2 Public deletion request path

You can also request account/data deletion outside the app via our public deletion request path on klluster.com or by contacting us at gaurav@klluster.com.

6.3 What deletion means

When your deletion request is processed, we delete or anonymize your account data, except data we must retain for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, fraud/security prevention, dispute handling, and recordkeeping.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps required by applicable law for such transfers.
